Hello lovely humans! I pulled an Oprah and started my own TV channel.

I’m very happy to share with you the first installment of LHTV- the video installment of Lovely Healthy! You’ll find vlogs, interviews, reviews, how-tos, demos, tastings, and all kinds of extra goodies that plain old typeface doesn’t quite convey.

I’m SO stoked to have this new network of communication between us, and I’m 199% down to hear what you suggestions, questions, and feedback you have about the channel.  We’re creating this thing together, so get at me with any ideas you have!

PS: I know my face is chopped off in the frame- let’s just say there were some technical difficulties and I didn’t want to redo a video because I wanted my message to be 100% from the heart.
