Do I really need to elaborate?  Yes, friends, this could be the most delicious thing on Earth.  I do believe that wasabi mayo is the greatest invention of the modern era.

It’s super easy to make (mayo + wasabi….that’s it, kids) but they also sell some pretty bomb stuff at Trader Joe’s for about 3 dollars.

It’s really great with roasted sweet potatoes, but alas, I only had white potatoes at my house.  Don’t just take my word for it, try it yourself:

Oven Roasted Potatoes (fancy way to say homemade baked french fries)

• Potatoes!
• Olive oil!
• Salt, to taste

1.  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

2.  Wash and cut your potatoes and place them on a cookie sheet or roasting pan, lightly covering them with olive oil and salt.

3.  Roast for about an hour.

4.  Wasabi mayo.  Enough said.
